Plugging away at the boat ! Flat white with a brush takes many, many coats....but that's ok !

Trying to get a little more work done on the models while watching curling.....a wee bit more relaxing than trying to do it whilst watching hockey !

Most of the boat sub assemblies are done. Still need to source out the hangar but I think it will be one of those folding jobs in the folded position. Cheating, I know....but I need the extra deck space for my second chopper !

Nowt on TV. Nothing to do. Nowhere to go. Few pints......let's roll !

Not a lot to report here.

Lazy days....interrupted with one day of wok and then a day off and then back to work tomorrow......always screws me up.

Oh well, maybe I'll get a bit of work done tonite.

Not much going on around here.....picking away at the boat little by little. Too darn busy in 'real' life.....

Started another Harrier....a Sword T bird. Crappy fitting so far, but I want to build one to prove that I can and to see what it will look like when done !

Watched an older ( 1997 , the year she was born ) film with my daughter tonite and got quite a bit done on the two-seater. Also got a few bits painted up on my second Sword T-bird, as well as a wee bit started on the Xtrakit F.2.

Not much on the go...especially for a guy who's on his days off ! The kiddies are off school so that's rather distracting....oh well, still plugging away at the Harriers and the boat is on hold, as all my projects seem to go eventually,

Happily watching tele and fondling the Harriers but it appears I have to go out to a neighbours for a few drinks....oh well.

The kiddies are in school again Monday so I should have Mon-Tue to myself, a coffee or two, some tele and a wee bit of glue and paint !

A few bits done on the Harriers......still a lot slower progress than I'd like. Days off just fly by too fast. Oh well...there's always the next set eh ?

Actually got quite a bit done this weekend ! Alot more than I thought I would.

-Dug out ALL the half-start and still boxed 72nd scale Harriers

-Put away the Nootka until I get this lot cleared

-Drank too much

Had a lovely time down South. Short and sweet. Lots of food, fun, family and laughs. Oh, and aeroplane sightings !

Back to work on my Harriers now. I hope to finish at least 1 during my days off this week ! Here's to 'hoping'

Doctor's visit this am.
Then a sick kid to bring home.
Then I bought a Skyhawk.

Now I want to build Skyhawks instead of Harriers !

I dragged the laptop downstairs with the express purpose of plugging it into the tele and watching a few shows I'd downloaded....and working on my Harriers. Turns out I looked around at the state of things, and decided to do my spring cleaning ! Oh well....maybe next time !
