Ya me too ! I'm going to clean this one up and once the other one arrives do them together, be easier for the wing spars etc. One will be an in service type, maybe with a Saturn cargo pod above, and the other will be modern with C-130J engine and props and DIRCM etc.

Now there's an idea, maybe only six of the C-130J engines then, you can get a nice resin set of those too.

Where's that from Scooter ? Just love old derelicts like that. Sad I know, to see them rot away, but they just look so good.

As for the engines, maybe the A400 ones. I'd have to see the props from the J Herc first, as I'm not really a whif stickler, just as long as they look good I can basically say anything is under the nacelle

Now there's an idea, maybe only six of the C-130J engines then, you can get a nice resin set of those too.

Since C-133 engines were 7500 hp and C-130 were about 5000 hp, six T-56 engines would replace 4 T-34s. Of course C-130J engines and props would look twice as cool!
Of course, the A-400 engines are 11,000hp apiece so you would only need three......

Absolutely nowt done again. Went into the cave to look at the Valiant, saw how big the box was and grabbed a Canberra instead. And other than opening the box and looking at it that's as far as it got.....
