That's somewhat along the lines I'm thinking. And even as the Argus came on strength, the RCN wanted to protect it's own interests, especially abroad and when approaching landmasses.

I'm diligently working on my big harrier dio project. I thought I had posted a thread for it but maybe not.

Lots of bashing going on anyway !



Got the truck and the service wagon formed up pretty good.

It's the tractor, then a fifth-wheel type B-train and the maintenance shop, and the third trailer will be for the CE and support.

That is one big chunk of mobile machinery!

The tractor and middle trailer are pretty much all formed. I put it together so I can judge the height of the first set of bogies. Harrier, figure on the roof and tall can for scale.

You scared me there Captain! Saw the can and thought you had gone on the wagon, until I noticed it was a sleeve with a beer inside.

lol. But I did have a coffee this am when I was working on them.

I have the first set of bogey wheels, or B-train, or whatever I should call them pretty much sorted.



Second set still needs to be sorted, but I haven't as yet started on the trailer portion. Trying a straight forward, piece by piece approach as to hopefully actually finish this darn thing !
