Careful with the price. Great Hobbies in Oshawa is selling them for $60. I had a friend in Kitchener who was coming up here get one from Coppers Hobbies, less than $40 after tax.

Thanks, very neat indeed, albeit pretty pricy..............

thats actually worse than some of the early games workshop resin figures when they moved away from white metal.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

I FINALLY OWN A E-TYPE JAGUAR!

I'm not a car guy, never have been, but ever since I first saw a E-Type when I was a child I have wanted one. Possibly the sexiest car ever made, the Hawker Hunter on 4 wheels. And now, at the tender age of 71, I finally own one!!!

It's um... a small one...

1/43rd scale...

Airfix...

Okay, it's MODEL. Okay?! You've dragged it out of me.  :-\

But it's MINE!  ;D

1/43?  :o

That must be one of the smallest E Types ever! Which kit is that?

So die-cast scale.  Would work quite well with an O-guage layout.

Airfix, not sure which boxing because mine had been bagged, but it looks recent. Obviously a 'starter kit' as it came with the little plastic containers of (useless dried up) paints. Still trying to decide on red or British Racing Green for the colour.

I didn't know they did one that small.

Back in the 60s I turned one of their 1/32 E Types into a half-way good slot racer, but its track was just a tad too narrow to race against the wider Ferraris and Maseratis. :(
