...the other Chuck might show up and kick out your Larynx.

Then I have to be careful, after losing power and heat over Christmas I think my testicles are still up around there.

After various paint disasters, the next Bowrider from the stash is coming along nicely. You may remember the Moose, this will be the previous incarnation, in this scheme:

CF-100 Canuck X-wing may also be done soon, just dithering over white or silver/nmf.

Coming along. For some reason the orange is giving me grief, especially the part over the primer. Worked fine when I did the Moose. I'm convinced this particular chunk of plastic is haunted by some sort of paint disaster demon.  :banghead:

Are you rebuilding the Moose ? Tell me you didn't wreck the Moose ! Besides, if you did, you're not following chronological protocols.....

Either way, this thing is going to look awesome !

Nope, different model. I think there's 3 more in the stash. No way that Moose is coming apart, I fell in love with it!

Haven't been looking for any for a while, but they should still be on a few store shelves, Revell re-issued them a few years ago along with a lot of their other 50s/60s classics like the Martin Seamaster.

That's looking very nice Ratty  ;D I know what you mean about the paint disaster demon. My current Karas whilst not as behave is definitely misbehaving
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Really didn't like the paint over the top of the fuselage, very lumpy and streaky. Took some fine sandpaper to it, repainted, looks good. Weird. Picked up some paints yesterday, should have this done soon. Well, for me, 'soon' means 'someday'.  ;D

No pics on that Combat Models site, but since it says Tradewind I'll assume it isn't the Bowrider version.

Yeah, just took a web search, it is the Tradewind: http://www.seawings.co.uk/ModArt%20-%20Tradewind%20by%20Richard%20Staszak.htm
