Being VERY pedantic, that should be 'dessert'. A returning desert would be a sandstorm..........  ;D

I would have put "pudding" but then someone would have pointed out that strictly applies only to steamed desserts.  And "sweet" has only really ever been used by my Grandmother IME.

I do a mean Sussex Pond Pudding.  Takes 4 hours to steam but it's worth the wait.
