Out of curiosity I had a poke around the Royal Mail Group 'family' of websites
to check the restricted goods lists.

Guess what?
No mention of a restriction on water-based paint/varnish products
on the Parcel Force© and Post Office Limited© webpages,
so it appears you can still ship said items if you use either of those Royal Mail
premium services.

Gee, what a surprise.   :-\

Done my part and signed. With the Royal mail now privatised, will this actually made a difference? I hope so.
