Now THAT'S lateral thinking for you!

Probably produce twice as much lift as the standard Lockeed wings on a '104...... ;)
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

YES!

TWO gunners, one just behind each outer engine, at least they'd have warm toes there.   ;D

I'm blaming you Kit...
Construction has begun not on two gunners positions behind the outer engines but on a crows nest behind the centre one.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

The Me 262 is painted.  Well, the top side anyway.
I call this scheme Caramel Chocolate Chip.  It is yet to have a filter applied which will tone the colours down a touch.  Underside will either be Sky or Duck Egg Green.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Logan Hartke

Very nice. Takes me back to my childhood playing with Micro Machines that were all painted up in "chocolate chip" after Desert Storm.

Cheers,

Logan

Glad you all like it.  I've been pondering more variations.  Mint choc chip springs to mind...
This one gets Blue Oyster Cult decals and will be posed sitting on the Secret Treaties LP.

The Heyford is coming together.  Colour decisions need to be made soon.

Thats one cool colour scheme.......I may have to "borrow" some of those ideas for something I'm building as have had a bit of a mental block for colour scheme. I have a Luft46 nightfighter that needs a different/evolved colour scheme!

I love this whole thread, it's awesome, well done!

oops, sorry I didn't know "After Eight" and the likes wasn't british : seen from the continent it looked quite so ...  ;D
So the grey/green makes for japanese mint, I guess.

By the way, if I may make a parallel with the Warhol thread, an extrapolation could be like this :

zenrat

No Eric.  After Eights are British.  I'm not.
Not anymore anyway.

Nice camo.  You should paint one of your Biomechanical meldings in that scheme.
