It's finished :drink: and the last one for this year, what with Crimbo fast approaching
My modelling table will have to return to its alter ego AKA the dining room table ;)
Anyway, as we will see I've changed my mind and it's now become a Spitfire PR.21.
Why? Well... I found a pot of Xtracolour sky....
So without further ado:

Spitfire PR.21 from the Photographic Development Unit, RAF Benson late 1945,
LA553 'K' was one of a couple of PR.21's in use at the P.R.U. As well as being used
For the introduction into service trials of the PR.21, LA553 was believed to have been
Involved in an experimental Camouflage trial to find the best schemes for use with
Tiger force during the invasion of Japan

Comments etc.....

And Merry Christmas :drink:/bah Humbug :banghead: as you wish ;D

Regards
Keith
The British have raised their security level from "Miffed" to "Peeved". Soon though, security levels may be raised yet again to "Irritated" or even "A Bit Cross". Londoners have not been "A Bit Cross" since the Blitz in 1940 when tea supplies ran out for three weeks

Excellent stuff there! Love the colour and the '6C' PRDU codes!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Outstanding! Well played, sir. Adios, Larry.

Just love the scheme, may have to copy it if that's ok ?

Please do! I think it's a colour that would suit a lot of Aircraft.

Thanks Keith - thinking of an early PR Spitfire or a Middle East Hurricane
