HELP! P.1216 book missing pages

I picked up the Project Tech profile on the P.1216 at SMW. Just got to reading it now (shame) and noticed that a got a bad print. I'm missing page 10 and it's mate in the back of the book, page39. Would somebody be willing to scan those two pages so I can print them out as inserts for my book?

What about 9 and 40, are they blank or do you need them too?
