Who are Blackbird please and what else do they sell?
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

1 relatively  cheap Revell Dambuster (new mold) from that well known bookseller,
It was cheap because it was a returned item (damaged box) however box still sealed
And everything intact
The British have raised their security level from "Miffed" to "Peeved". Soon though, security levels may be raised yet again to "Irritated" or even "A Bit Cross". Londoners have not been "A Bit Cross" since the Blitz in 1940 when tea supplies ran out for three weeks

Their previous name was Delta Aviation or Delvac, Kit.  Not sure if their reputation has got better or not but it took me nearly 11 years to get my money back from the 1/72 C-5 I had bought from them which didn't get delivered (along with quite a few other people)

As you might know, they have some of the other ID Models moulds too.
If I'm not building models, I'm out riding my dirtbike

Ahah, thanks for that Alastair.

It's the latest of Mr. Ashley's manifestations I see, I have a few early Delta bits and pieces in The Loft.

I've got a Pegasus Lincoln conversion already though, and I'm not sure I have enough space for another one.  ;D

I intend to get this new conversion set as the detail is far better than the Paragon Designs conversion set that I already have, parts of which will be used for the Lancaster B.XL that is due to get more work done on it at some point.

Steel Penguin

Just back from the Partizan wargames show at Kelham hall
from HLBS in 1:48 a ZSU23-4  and a bv ?? warthog ( the replacement for the BV406 )
from crooked dice a 1:56 resin transit van, and some supernatural exterminators with unlicensed nuclear accelerators, and a few heads and weapon bits.
From Ainsty resin a row boat and some cargo crates

From Elhiem figures - all 1/72 pewter;
Scooby Gang
Early Helicoptor pilots (seated figures in flying helmets, goggles etc))
Mummy & Werewolf
Pilots (standing waving guns)
Private Detectives/Gangsters/Spys
NKVD in trench coats and hats

The standing pilots will probably become Sky Pirates, the NKVD and Private Detectives will become PDRV secret police and the Scooby Gang, Mummy & Werewolf will become part of a base for a Flying Boxcar in Mystery Inc colours.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Just found some Airfix Tridents at King-kit for my Telford projects  ;D

The Tridents have just arrived, 4 of them, plus a VC-10.

One of the Tridents still had its original price sticker: £1.40...
