At last, the Revell 1/72 Airbus A400M Atlas !

seadude

Ordered the following, and waiting for it to arrive at the Post Office this weekend:

3 boxes x http://www.freetimehobbies.com/1-700-fujimi-royal-navy-aircraft-set-32-aircraft/

Trumpeter 1/700 USS Yorktown CV-10

Trumpeter 1/350 USS Franklin CV-13 1944

(I already have 4 other Yorktowns and another Franklin at home, but I'm buying extras to use for spare parts for another 1/700 HMS Habakkuk model, plus a larger 1/350 HMS Habakkuk model to be built.)
Modeling isn't just about how good the gluing or painting, etc. looks. It's also about how creative and imaginative you can be with a subject.
My modeling philosophy is: Don't build what everyone else has done. Build instead what nobody has seen or done before.

On order 1/72 HC-130 USCG and a 1/144 Airbus 330.

From Cheshire Models in Macclesfield, and courtesy of a leaving present gift voucher from my ex-colleagues, which was really, really nice of them:

Zvezda 1/72nd Topol SS-25 ballistic missile launcher

from antics coventry yesterday....

Keeper of George the Cat.

From Lord Colin of Freightdog via Postperson Patricia:

Pegasus Fokker D.XXIII (realworld)
2 x Pegasus Bristol F.2Bs (1 realworld (hopefully!), the other for whiffery)
Freightdog Models 'Brits Abroad Pt.III' decal sheet
Freightdog 1/72 Hurricane Mk.I five spoke wheels (fabric wing)

All I want to do now is get started on the whif Brisfit and consider ordering another Fokker D.XXIII for whiffing.  My Merlin-powered D.XXIIIM won the Freightdog build competition a few years ago, it was easy to put together and I've a pair of engines that will be ideal for a second whif.

On the go: Beaumaris/Battle/Bronco/Barracuda/F-105(UK)/Flatning/Hellcat IV/Hunter PR11/Hurricane IIb/Ice Cream Tank/JP T4/Jumo MiG-15/M21/P1103 (early)/P1154-ish/Phantom FG1/I-153/Sea Hawk T7/Spitfire XII/Spitfire Tr18/Twin Otter/FrankenCOIN/Frankenfighter

NARSES2

Yet another Airfix 1/72 Hurricane Mk I. This is the 1940 boxing and was free when I renewed my Airfix Magazine subscription

It will probably end up in the Far or Near East or possibly SAAF in Abyssinia (Ethiopia)
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

That's the Sword/Xtrakit moulding but with much better decals. Does it have the PR9/FR10 nose included?

The Xtrakit boxing doesn't have the PR9/FR10 nose.
