You could use some of the BAS or FIGAS on the Canadair CL-415 might make a good regional aircraft down there ?  ;)

Yep, or for that matter, I could paint the Skyvan orange and give it skis, RATOG gear and BAS markings.... ;D

Equally, since the plan for the Z-5 is to make it an alternative British helo (Hercules engine? The Mil-4 was MUCh more powerful than the S-55) that could go in BAS markings too.

From the Bay of Evil..

The Airmodel Vickers Valetta vacuform conversion all I need now is a cheap Airfix Wellington to donate the wings.

Having spent the weekend scanning the web I come to the conclusion that there is no such thing as a cheap Airfix Wellington !

Picked up those Blackbird sheets at Telford - wasn't impressed as after a quick scan through my Mossie decals, found I had every one of those options on other sheets.  And I have reservations about the forthcoming Highball conversion.

Try finding a Novo or Maquette repop of the Frog Wellington as the wing mould was never finished and the geodectic structure not applied - Varsity and Valetta both had metal skinned wings so the structure never showed.  Failing that, Matchbox did a Wellington and Revell repopped it a few years back.
