A Revell Swordfish (Matchbox), a P-26 and a Bearcat (Monogram) plus two Italeri F4Us (a -5 and a 5N), all in 1:72.

Two ebay combos - one of the Corsairs will be converted into a scratched/bashed Vanship (Last Exile-inspired, but with no true benchmark), probably a compact single seater in a larger scale, maybe 1:48~50, maybe even 1:35, if space allows the installation of a respective cockpit.

The Wooksta!

Finally, after waiting months, I've been given an Airkit Spitfire F22 I was sold in lieu of curry related debts.

...and a 1:100 Academy F-14. Thought about making a 1:72 single-seater from it? Someday...

from antics coventry yesterday....

That's the Sword/Xtrakit moulding but with much better decals. Does it have the PR9/FR10 nose included?

i'd have to have a look kit. i'm not sure.

added a 1/72 airfix hurricane Mk1 [new tool] to the stash. what a lovely looking kit!

Sword 1/72 Lightning T.mk.5 from Hannants

Looks similar to the Airfix kit in places so should look OK next to the new kits

Lets guess, it will be either a monoplane or a sesqui-plane, with a seriously long wing.

They are just physical manifestations of collisions between enigma & conundrum particles.

Did you have a bug planted in the SIG stand at MK when NARSES2 and I were discussing the idea???

Oooh you git.  I'm jealous I think.  What's it like?  I've been looking at them as I am lacking in PDRV planes for the 20's & 30's.
Worth spending $40 (about 22 quid) on in your opinion?

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Talking of Heyford's this months SAM has a build article together with plans, profiles (inc. an all yellow one) and an Aviation in Profile article.

As for the kit it's typically Matchbox of the period. From memory I can't remember any problems with her, but I was a lot younger. Most of the Matchbox biplanes were ok builds. Still got one in the stash which I've always wanted to put in a desert scheme

btw, kit, the airfix collectors club meteor doesn't include the FR nose, just the two styles of F8 canopy.
