 What surprised me is it was Chloe (Daughter 1A) who is very much into pink, princesses and ballerinas enjoyed it more than the tomboy 1B.

Pink seems to be a favorite colour for many little girls Simon, (off topic and a short story) -- ever now and then we look after a friend's dog who they've had since it was a puppy. Their daughter 1A was given the job of giving her a name when she joined the family and as 'pink' was it then she named her 'Pinky' ----- the dog is a pure white (and now huge) Maremma    :lol:

The Boxcar is a G and it's the Testors Boxing.  And i've found the thread for a certain persons Tiger rescue service...

Hope you enjoyed it & took some inspiration. ;)

Biggest problem I had with the Italeri kit was the undercarriage, which is very fragile & is now held together by more glue, of various types, than the rest of the model combined ... & a good splash of wishful thinking. :rolleyes:

(Actually, it's a wildlife rescue service. The build just happens to be of a plane painted in a tiger scheme, there are others - panda, cheetah, clouded leopard, bilby, etc.)

My RW AC-119K has stood up to quite a few years of shows, and being moved around in boxes with the gear holding up perfectly. I always thought it was quite strong, with all those bracing struts etc.

Thanks Wombat & Kitnut.
I shall take your comments into consideration when I get to building this behemoth.  I did note you had wildlife rescue on the side Wombat but the paint & the size of the crates just said tiger.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

There's only about three of us (maybe only two...) who have the faintest idea what you're talking about here Trevor.  ;D

What's it like quality wise? I've seen some good built-up examples of Judith Edge kits but never looked at a kit itself.

hhhmmm. just to show I occasionally pay attention when Kit has talked in the past and to what my father in law has said
4mm  = 4mm =1foot in real world.
LMS/BR   London midland Scottish ( lost, missing, strayed) / British Rail
Class 503 = type of train
EMU means that its multiple electric motors ( 1 or 2 on each part) and looks kind of like a coach with a glass front that the driver looks out of
Yes?

Close counts  :thumbsup: but where did the 503s run?
