I had some dinky's stashed out in the woods by the creek, and would dig them out and play in the nice mud...until the floods came and stole all my toys ! Dammit Jim....

There's a very, very weird movie plot in that sentence somewhere   ;D

It was the year 3852, and the archaeological team was ...  ;D

When one of the farm dogs died me and my niece buried him with his lead, collar, bowl, blanket and favourite toy. Can you imagine the archaeologists in 3,000AD. "and this is obviously evidence that these ancient northern tribes worshipped their animals". On such missunderstandings are civilisations built !

And your not telling me it hasn't happened
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Captain Canada

It was only about 2 kms ( as the crow flies, not as the creek winds ) from Lake Huron. But there was a big catch basin/ pond with a dam and a fish 'ladder' to pass. So I assume my treasures are in there.....but you never know, they could have washed up on a beach somewhere to some kid/ collectors delight !
