thought i'd start a topic about this as this little executive jet also has a lot of whiff potential.

there have been some military versions of the CL604.

first there is the Danish Elint/Sigint version.

and now Boeing has come up with a Maritime Patrol version.
first flight is expected very soon, i might have to go out and find another Revell 1/144 kit

In Whiff world I see the CL 60x series as the BaE 125 replacement for the RAF's 32 sqn

I'm actually surprised that these small business aircraft have been somewhat neglected in 1/72 scale.  They are finding increasing use as multi-mission specialist military aircraft around the world.  They have good performance and are a good size for such duties.

Captain Canada

I've got one mostly done as an ASTOR type in RCAF service, as well as another as a CCG bird. Should really get them finished ! Those little RoG 144th kits are sweet.

I'd like one of them.  There is also one of them by the 3d print mob who's name escapes me at the moment but it costs an arm and a leg.

I was referring more to injection moulded though.  Apart from the HS.125 by Matchbox which is very rare now, I really can't think of another such jet which was tackled in this scale.

A guy who's name is Leudeman or something like that does a resin one as did the guy who does Leading Edge Decals.  Click2Detail and Anigrand do a Sentinel which is sort of a stretched Challenger but it could be back-modeled to a Global Express.  Mach 2 does a Falcon 20 in injection.  Welsh Models do a Gulfstream in various guises, Sanger does a Citation and RVHP do a whole whack of Embraers.  All in 1/72 scale --

EDIT:  This subject interests me so I was doing a search because I know there's others out there.  RVHP did a bunch of Gulfstreams, Learjets and Citations.  Broplan also do a Challenger, Falcon and some others.

here's a list from a website I use frequently:

Airfix do a HS.125/Dominie as well, it's probably easier to get hold if as it was in production a few years back.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

They do? Frog themselves didn't, so is it from the ex-Airfix moulds?
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Could have sworn I saw a Frog kit. must have been the Matchbox one I saw but now I can't find the picture.   :banghead: :banghead:

An outfit called Microwest did an HS.125, out of some sort of compressed foam.  They did a bunch of other bizjets too --

Revell did a 1/48 Learjet as well, I sold one to someone on here not that long ago. [Goodness knows how I came to have it in the first place though...]all

All the Revell 1/48th bizjets are the Hasegawa mould but with FAR superior decals. Think Sanger also do a Beech Starship (AModel announced one for this year too) not a jet but damned pretty! Also their Citation is a Citation V and they do the Piaggio Avanti too. The Starship nose looks a bit wonky to me though!
F-Resin do an IM Falcon 20 in 1/144thWith early turbo jet and later turbofan (CF34?) engines included but only decals are for the early version so far.
