Last year some of us were muttering about going to EDay in Prague, this is their National Model show and the standards are very high. There's also the opportunity to eat lots of good foood, drinks lots of good beer and see one of the nicest cities in Europe.
Oh, and the chance to load up on cheap kits at the MPM shop

I visited Prague last year with a mate and we had an apartment not 10 minutes from the city centre, very reasonable price. We paid £275 for 4 nights in a 4 bedroom flat (between 2 of us!) which was much cheaper than a hotel. If people are prepared to commit and pay a deposit I will book this. Any takers?

Ta for posting the dates. Been toying with this but was planning to stop at a Marriot in Prague.

Not sure what my plans are for September yet as I may have a wedding to attend. If I don't get back this year then next is a goer.
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

I'll put in for the days off.  Whether I actually go is another matter...

Having looked at the cost of flights and accommodation, I may just have to pass - it's half my Telford spending wadge and much as Prague is tempting, I can't afford both.

For the record I've got that weekend off work. I agree about the costs and it being so close to SMW Telford but that's why I've suggested this so early in the year.

I'm not dead set on going to Prague, I have an Plan B of going to Munich or somewhere in Germany like the Sinsheim Aviation Museum near Eppingen twinned with my hometown. Nothing is set in stone.
