I've just literally dusted off this model I built over 20 years ago. Can anyone spot what the fuselage is made from ?

tempted to say ''Dyson nozzle'' BUT AS IT'S TWENTY YEARS OLD PROBABLY NOT

No idea, but it looks damn good ;D
too old for a paper round, too young for me pensions, dammit, back to work then!

Nice one!  Like the cockpit arrangement a lot, reminds me of the "Moonbase Alpha" Eagles?

Steel Penguin

it reminds me of the multi unit space explorer that airfix released after the space 1999 stuff  ( the windows do any way)  cant remember the name of it though. :banghead:
the things you learn, give your mind the wings to fly, and the chains to hold yourself steady
take off and nuke the site form orbit, nope, time for the real thing, CAM and gridfire, call special circumstances.

OK, I'll play, the center top fuselage looks like in came from the rear deck of a tank.  German?  Panzer family?

F-14 nozzels?

I too though cylon raider for the wings, but thought the shape is a bit off and panel lines too large.  Horton?

Nice work.

Well spotted both of you. It's a Cylon Raider. The engine compartment is the body of an old pocket torch. The nozzles are from an X Wing kit. And yes, I was inspired by the 1999 Eagle
