You are killing me over here!

Has anyone shot some video? I would love to hear 8 Merlins, 24 props, 96 cylinders in formation.

Please.  :-\

The F35 can't fly the Atlantic

Andrew

Strange comment, it can fly over the Atlantic as well as any Tornado or Typhoon ---  and will do ---

The Lanc BTW, had to land at Gander, then Iceland before making it to the UK afaik

Well the F35 failed to make IAT or Farnborough this year.

I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

Those vids are amazing, real 'lump in the throat' time.

One of the Coastal Command Squadrons at RAF Topcliffe was still flying Lancasters when I lived there, age 8 or so, but I can't recall ever seeing two flying together.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit

Well that wasn't because it can't fly the Atlantic was it ---
If I'm not building models, I'm out riding my dirtbike

The BBC reporter on Radio 2's news coverage yesterday lunchtime was having an orgasm as they flew over  ;D He ran out of superlatives I think
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
