This is a 48 scale kit I built a wee while ago.  It was a simple conversion and I have plenty of missiles in the spares box.  I got the camo scheme from a post on this site.  My camera skills need to improve but you will get the idea.  There should be 10 images but I am not good with this computer software.

Nice ! Neat idea too. After the first salvo, is there another, spring loaded set that pops up to take it's place ? That nose would carry quite a few !

:tornado:

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Hi Captain Canada

I was playing with the option of rattling gun affair where missiles were rotated into a firing cannon - but in the end, the current design was okay.  The vents on the side are designed to allow the exhaust gases to blow past and below the canopy to maintain pilot vision.  In hindsight, I made the green and brown camo too dark - I originally thought they were too stark so I kept spraying a coat of thin black paint to darken them.  The idea is that this camo was designed to help hide the aircraft on the ground in forests.

Like all projects, I learnt a bit.

Nice.

Monogram?

I think it's a spellcheck auto correction but I like the idea of a Rattling Gun.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Yes Monogram kit - it is remarkably good for its generation.  I am get them cheap at swap and sell's.  I don't feel guilty putting a razor saw through these.  there is a bend in the right wing one has to be mindful of.

The Dragon kits are better in places but I find their nacelles do not fit as well.

I am yet to build a Tamiya kit.
