And here are the stores actual flown on the F-107 prototypes:

I rather favor the idea of using an ECM pod in the saddle tank for tactical purposes.

And finally we have the TF-107 proposal:

And a 3-View:

I rather like the idea of this one being adapted as a Wild Weasel aircraft.

Oh, all of these were scanned out of William Simone's F-107 book from Ginter Books; there's a lot I didn't scan.  I can't recommend this book highly enough.

Hi Evan

Thanks for shrinking those Thor, my dialup started smoking when I tried to view 'em earlier.

A nuke, perhaps?  I suppose they were fashionable back then.

That's another thing: the box art from my Trumpeter 1/72 F-107 shows 55119 with wing tanks.  The kit does not contain wing tanks, unless they are broken down in such fashion that I would not recognize them.  I suppose I can scavenge tanks from anything else of the same period.

Not a problem.  Those were done kinda late at night and I was already somewhat under the influence of Morpheus.  The thought occurred to me that I should have done so just before I dropped off and I wasn't in any coherent condition then (Thank you, Nyquil).

Yep, that was a nuke, much the same one the F-105's bomb bay was designed around.  As I said, these are scanned from the book and there's a whole lot I didn't scan.  Me, I want to put a suitably shaped ECM pod in there instead for tactical use.
