Anyone have a spare 1/72 Harrier two seater canopy spare? Injection, vac or crash moulded. I'm not fussy! ;D
Decided i need a harrier trainer for my IAC Harrier group. Was going to grab the Heritage conversion, but, the postage is over
10 quid to here! I can 'bash' the rest, but the canopy is a sticking point!
Failing that, a Bae Hawk canopy? Might do the job. :-\ But i 'ain't got one 'o them either.
Cheers...Ray

Are you looking for a T2/4 or T10/12 canopy?
I may have a spare T2/4 canopy(old heller bobcat kit) but will have to have a look to confirm.
Failing that, I defo have a Hawk canopy, old mold or new mold Airfix.
It's my hobby and I will enjoy it my way! :)

murfv, T2/4, T10/12, hawk, old or new, really makes no difference.
I've removed the forward fuselage of an old harrier and will be scratching from there!
Was going to use the entire front fuselage off the hawk for it , but haven't been able to get one locally.
However it ends up, 'twill be a model produced specifically for the Irish air corps!

Hi Ray, I have had no luck tracking down the Harrier T2/4 canopy yet, but I do have a 1/72 new mold Airfix
BAe Hawk canopy and the matching fwd fuselage/cockpit section that you are welcome to if they are of any use?
I will have another look for the Harrier canopy in the meantime.

Not to butt in on your deal, but I think you can buy just the canopy from Heritage Aviation if you ask them
If I'm not building models, I'm out riding my dirtbike

Considered that, but seems they will only post 'European Union Tracked', thats over 10 quid, or, about 12.40 Euro!
Would have liked to have nabbed the whole conversion set, but it was going to cost me just shy of 30 euro to
convert a kit that cost me 3 quid.
Will definitely invest in a couple though, when the austerity measures implemented by SWMBO are eased!
(Don't know why the kids need to eat EVERY day!!! ;))
