Tank scale plastic models  Russian company making 1/35 nicely crafted figures and accessories.   Well worth checking out, if you're into distinctive WWII and Modern era (German, Russian and other nationalities) figures with different weapons to the norm.

Awwww man, I wish I could paint figures like that.

They would work well as van ship mechanics...
