Dunno if this has been mentioned before, but I only just came across a couple of issues of Code One magazine (Lockheed Martin's house publication).

All may be worth grabbing (depending on what you're interested in) but the 1998 issues (nos 2 & 4 - the article skips one issue) have a two part article on the evolution of the F-22, the first (1998 02) has a pretty good collection diagrams and drawings (of varying usefulness for modelling), the second isn't so useful in that that regard.
