Hmmm. Peter van Stigt is a Dutch bus driver who has created all sorts of airplane art. Especially F-16. He has also designed graphics for the real world Dutch F-16.

^ It has occurred to me, also before, that having the big spine on a singleseater F-16 would give some good space for more electronics or fuel

Tophe

Thanks!

And the Marganski EM-10 Bielik, with whif single fin instead of its twin-fins, become a cousin of the F-16: <_<

Tophe, this one and a drawing of a similar F-16 were my inspiration on the F/A-16W. Mine has the canards that this one doesn't but the other drawing does.

The electronics spine was originally designed to be used on single seat Vipers. The AFTI was the test vehicle and more recently, Lockheed Martin was advertising the F-21 and F-16IN for India with the spine on single seaters.
AFAIK, the spine was only designed for electronic components, no fuel in there. That's what the CFTs are for.
