I made almost the same drawing in 2020 but I prefer the new one, more clearly a twin-boomer: <_<

A Falcon; aged 16, fell in love with a Crusader; later they married and had two children: <_<

Quote from: Tophe on April 12, 2023, 09:34:00 AMRecently, I had the great joy to buy and get 2 books of aircraft cartoons, with hundreds of them. 2 volumes: UK and USA, by Laurent Chassard, Cepadues Publishing in France. They are available in Amazon-UK, only the 1st one in Amazon US yet. The drawings are very delicious, indeed, while I dislike the texts sorry (being a naïve pacifist, sorry – just me, abnormal).
I made a French site to explain these mixed feelings (with several drawings of P-51, F-16, P-38):
http://www.kristofmeunier.fr/cartoon12.htm

I feel inspired for F-16 too from several other ones, in addition to the included F-16s in the book.

The NC-131 with a second cockpit in the nose inspired the F-16 family: <_<

Interesting Tophe
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Thanks! ;)

An F-16 with canard foreplanes  a larger wing with better short take off and landing performance a robust Russian style undercarriage 2 30mm cannons twin vertical tails & side mounted intakes to operate at higher angles of attack of the regular F-16 & better agility than the F-16N aggressor.

F-16 with room for a cartoon-size pilot (or Mickey Mouse ears above the head):  <_<

Today I have ordered a MiniHobbyModels 1/144 F-16XL, to build one of these tiny ones:
- F-16XS (fin-less)
- F-16XS-2 (with asymmetric shortened fin)
Receiving the kit is announced July 18th from China:  <_<

Butbutbut....
Making something so small out of an XL leaves a lot of unused pieces. Maybe something can be created out of those?
