As there are not so many part in it - and they fit easiely together withut glueing them, a little test how thing match together:

Yup. My only experience with Pegasus has been with their 1/72 "1946" Armour kits (2 per box). Highly enjoyable and quick builds.

Now working on the cockpit. Pilots are in place, and I "pimped" it a bit with some control panels.

After a while, some progress for on the Apollo 27.

Mail hull painted in white, and started with the black parts. Made a test, if the cockpit fits, looks good :)

Painting of the Apolloe 27 continues, now working on the black areas on the white hull (which is obviously not put together yet:

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Most of the painting is done now, after the first layer of finish decals will be added.

After a break, I return to scale modeling with the completed Apollo 27.

Apollo 27?

Yes, this is what the box says. It's a two man what-kind-ever-spacecraft, but it looks like a 1960s thing how a spacecraft could look like.

The paint scheme of it is the black&while as used on the Saturn rockets, but this is what the instructions said.

So here we go:

This is a 1/72 scale Pegasus kit and build OOB, I only added a few more decals to it and "pmped" the cockpit interior with some panels.

Another try with some 3D printed material.

This time, its a Jovian Lanze class Strike carrier, printed from Shapeways https://www.shapeways.com/product/U4QH4Q6U8/jovian-lanze-class-strike-carrier made in White Proceesed Versatile Plastic.

A quite tiny model, about 5,5 cm in size (see Euro couin). Painted with Revel Aqua Colour, but the different gray tones do not come up good on the picture.
The stand is my first real try with my own 3D printer.

I dug a Euro coin out just to check it and that's tiny. Great work on the base

Now that i have a 3D Printer, I had to try to make some models with it.

The first completed thing is a rocket from "Kerbal Space Program" - a PC game where you have to send little green men into space. Construct rockets etc. If it does not fly, add more booster...  ;D

So here we go:

This model is printed with PLA+ on a Anycubic Mega S. Layer hight was 0,2mm (so a "rough" print).  After the print, it was painted with Revell Aqua Colour. Decals are self made. The length of the rocket is about 5cm.
