Now this is something which would turn some heads at a contest!

A fully loaded USAF Thunderbirds F-16

Especially as it actually happened!

They should have painted up the bombs and missiles in a T'bird scheme too.  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

this would be a good one to build for our resident F-16 specialist. Chris Payne.
I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

very cool, itd sit nice with a Red Arrows Hawk fitted up with winders and gun pod too :)

hmm, i wonder if any other teams have weapons capable mounts ? (the 'Midnight Hawks' use standard Hawk's so i guess they'd count ?)

Apparently one of the Thunderbirds 'Signature' maneuvers is the 'Bomb burst'

The British have raised their security level from "Miffed" to "Peeved". Soon though, security levels may be raised yet again to "Irritated" or even "A Bit Cross". Londoners have not been "A Bit Cross" since the Blitz in 1940 when tea supplies ran out for three weeks

Remember, if the reality police ask you haven't seen us in ages!
When does "old enough to know better" kick in?

That would be a fun build to put in a contest and see if someone tries to move it to the Hypothetical category.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Now that's cool ! And kudos to the maintenence crews for having her ready in time. The RA Hawk looks awesome as well.

I think the JASDF Blue Impulse T-4s are capable of mounting hardpoints, but I'm *not* 100% sure.

Nope, me too!

Also, the actual Thunderbird in question reminds me of the godawful 'Wingman' Novels. *shudder*

Hmn, I wonder if the port 'winder trails red exhaust  smoke and the starboard one blue?  ;D

I would prefer the Blue Angels F-4 diamond with a full load of napalm, that would make a great pyro demo.

The Hawk does look good with the gun and 'winders.
