Simply, a "stealth" version of an F-14 would not be an F-14. It would need a complete redesign from scratch. You would likely end up with something similar to the proposed F-22N, as linked above.

I guess that will do, but it's will need new avionics and plasma stealth tech

In the past I've added the cockpit of a F-15E to a F-14 fuselage, swapped over the engines and tail fins. To produce a F-15N Sea Eagle. My nephew was impressed and he has it in his collection.

While that is pretty cool, it wouldn't actually be very stealthy. It looks like it's taken inspiration from the F-15 ACTIVE: Clicky.
