Not sure which forum to use....

I've just snaffled couple of long-term wants to whif
namely a
BAe 146-200 1/72 &
Boeing 757 1/144

I've looked at Freightdog site and Big H, but I can't find inflight refuelling wing pods in either scale.
Question is
Do I scratchbuild or are they available in either/both scale?
if so where from?

ta muchly
too old for a paper round, too young for me pensions, dammit, back to work then!

JayBee

The old Airfix VC-10 in it's tanker version has two underwing pods, 1/144 scale.

Where did you get a 1/72nd BAe-146 from?

Welsh Models have one listed under their 1/72 Executive Prop & Jet Series, but it's still 'TBA' on their web site.

A pair of buddy pods from a Bucc or similar would work for the 146 maybe. I think someone does them in resin, but darned if I know who.

I have a couple of VC-10 pods. As it's not the first request for 1/144 refueling pods I've seen, maybe it'd be worthwhile to make some resin copies.
