Hello

a big session of puttying and sanding
i used milliput black, and i decided to try FAR148's favorite putty : baby powder and CA glue mixture. And i have to say : great stuff!

hi

Here, as usual, the work of the week.

First I forgot to place the part representing the rear wheel well and arrestor hook. It was necessary to separate the hook and the tail wheel weel and cut in the fuselage to be able to place it, of course, puttying-sanding was required.

Finally it is ready to receive a coat of primer.

Captain Canada

Beauty. So much detail ! Looking forward to seeing the primer pics.

I´m more into fighters than attack aircraft but the skyraider...
It's one of my favourite in that department and this modernized beast has got me hooked!
Wanna see that finished!

not much times for painting those last days

just a quick session of preshading

New painting session

I decided to make a desert scheme with Gunze acrylics thinned with lacquer thinner. This is the first time i use lacquer thinner with gunze acrylics.
I heard a lot of this method and i wanted to try.
The result is great : even in cold and humid condition, the paint dried in a few second, and the coat is fine and hard.

I also tried the holographic stickers from AFV club.

for the big screen

And for the HUD lens
