a cunningly hidden new-tool 1/72 Spitfire Vc?  Can't tell the scale from the picture, although compared to the Typhoon it looks too small to be 1/48.

Quite right, sir.  Saw what I wanted to see, not what I actually saw. Still, sneaky new Vb is good news - Vc must follow.

Not sure that it is 72nd.  More likely it's the 48th kit?  Looks too big for 72nd in relation to the Typhoon. Plus the elevators are drooped and the ailerons are posed, both features of the 48th kit.

If it IS 72nd, then I fear my wallet is in for another battering...
