Honestly, it's the honest ones you have to watch out for!!!

My spies tell me that the show had to be evacuated this morning after the fire alarm was activated. I wonder if this has anything to do with Narses and co going for a curry last night.....?

More likely it was to get everybody outside and wandering off for lunch in order to cover the fact that there was no food provided in the show.... ;)

from what I could glean from the rumor mill it was some damn fool trying to have a crafty smoke in the toilets rather than join the other smokers outside.

That clueless Uncle Albert lookalike wockney canker and his sodding jumble sale in the corner blocking the exit...  Words fail me as to the sheer stupidity of this (insert 4 letter anglo saxon expletive).  Had it been a real fire, lives could have been lost due to his selfishness.  I sincerely hope that the organisers take it into account for next year and blacklist him.

OK then, sounds like a bad time was had by one and all, but where's the pics???

Not those of the crowd rushing (or not rushing perhaps...) out of the doors, but of the models I mean.

Sod the evacuation....

Good to meet up with the chaps and have a brief natter.
I was "calmer" than usual, needing to be more adult at times due to the close proximity of the wife, but I escaped on occasion.
Bloody crowded show,  but fun.

Brother Narses took up the mantle of official sig photographer.
So once he gets home we should see some pics.

Aircav took some pics too.

Surprised that the Defiant should attract so many comments.  Personally, I think it's rushed.  My next one should be more colourful.

Enjoyed the whole weekend. Beer, curry and company definitely top of the shop. The show was a little disappointing. Very crowded and no space to look and talk . Even buying paints and kits was a struggle. I had no space to take many pics, having been barged by rusksacks too many times for my liking. No canteen either,so missed out on my bacon butty.

Little -Cars didnt make it because of an accident. No one hurt luckily but missed out on getting my airbrush serviced and getting spares.

As a meet up with old mates its a great day,but for me their going to have to get a bigger venue to keep it comfortable.
