Did anyone do a kit of the Kingfish?

It's an awesome and menacing shape, specially from head-on. Mind you, it's well scratchbuildable as it's got very few curves compared to the SR-71.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

I had a go with a 1/72 B-58 and 1/72 F-117 using the upper fuselage from a Airfix kit. Had to replace the Hustler with the wings from a Mirage IV A/P and carefully cutting the parts from the Airfix kit. Then gluing the wings together to form a delta before gluing the F-117 parts on top. The cockpit needed reworking and the rear.
Never got to finish it.
Might use a 1/48 F-117 and 1/72 B-58 next time.
