Cool look and I like the asymmetric load.
Whatever.

Very nice model. I like the premise, refurbed American carriers instead of the Harrier carriers.  I've always like the idea of British A-7's, I did my own but with a different back story, my idea was that the Bucc S.2 was cancelled and the A-7 was ordered as the only real alternative (although the RN insisted on a two-seater) and the RAF took it on like they did with the Buccs.

This meant I could paint it up in Granby colours:

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

208 Squadron?

Looks the BUSINESS!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit

I suppose you'll build the F model next. The stretched version cross between a A-7 and F-8.

Glenn Gilbertson

That really looks the business!

Captain Canada

If I can get a cheap 2 seat A7 and a cheap F8, that sounds like a plan...

Try a decent reference first before investing in kits !

Love the RN A-7. I've got a Hasegawa kit waiting to be built in mid-1970s Royal Navy colours (and the Luftwaffe Harrier II with Kormorans as well... so little time...)
