Nice!  Love how the skin colour shines through in places. How did you achieve that?
Cheers,

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

I really don't know why they call this resin kits by "Garage Kits". This one is an E2046 model kit.

Can you see little stains in the painting? Some little brown dots? This is the only kit I have that happened this. I think is because the air's humidity where I live is too high. I am thinking about how I can clean this. Maybe a veeeery soft brush with bath soap?

I painted all the dress area with skin colour.

The second step was the blue. I took acrylic paint and dilute it with floor wax and painted with airbrush. Where the lay of paint is very thin, is translucent.

I say don't.  Adds texture and realism to the the paint job.

Nothing that you wouldn't see on a real dress of similar fragility. I'd leave it as it is too.

There are quite a few small manufacturers of resin kits that are really just one guy casting stuff in his house or garage.
