Kora have produced a resin 1/72nd kit of the Capproni-Vizzola F.5 fighter, only a dozen of which were built, but which did serve with the Italian Air Force. It's typically expensive since it's resin, but notable for whiffers is that they've done a whiff-in-a-box version with Hungarian, Swedish and Turkish(?) markings. Ironically it seems that Peru might have been a real life nearly export customer, but they didn't do that one.

I saw that yesterday and was attracted to the Wif boxing but I'm certain I already have a kit of it in the stash. Legatto ?

Anyway I'm not ordering on-line until after Xmas so I'll see what I've got

Doh - quite right and makes perfect sense now. :banghead:

I looked up Peruvian markings last night but got something different : suspect I was looking at a different search entirely (too many tabs open...)

That Siebel whatever is interesting.

I've built an Irbitis, think it was Czech Master. Nice aircraft for whiffing purposes

Interesting kit. However a little pricey, as their kits can be, although it does say "double kit". I'll have a look at this at Telford if I spot one. Need to check it out first before opening wallet.  ;)

*cough*, a little? Interesting aircraft, nevertheless, a friend of mine kitbashed one (or something similar) from several Italeri Ju 188s. But the price is ridiculous, as well as Revell's price tags on the current/new Star Wars kits. A re-boxed Venator Star Destroyer for EUR 90,- is insane - it's just a re-edition of an old mould, and effectlely only a snap-fit kit with solid toy quality, too.

That's £13.30 per rather small prop fighter! They must have an ex-Hasegawa marketing guy working there............
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

If you get two Kit ? If so then I'm happy enough but the wording my mean two options and one kit ? I've seen that before on a couple of kits and Kora do tend to be on the pricey side, even when they were resin rather than injection + resin. That's why I want to look first.

I can't onto the Hannants site with the Mac - Safari doesn't like it for some reason - so what is the kit?  A Junkers 488?

Lee, I think Dizzy is reffering to the Ju 488 yes. I'm talking about the Curtis Wright.
