We're working hard for 2 November release date. Some problems have been encountered in production but the book is now complete awaiting final editing checks and then print. As its printed in the good old UK, we don't need to wait for shipping from China.

Can't be later than 2 November if I'm going to be at Telford 2015 signing the buggers
