The Damned at Worthing Assembly Halls many many years ago.
Wasn't too loud and the mix was terrible with muddy vocals and the guitar too far back.  But you could feel the bass in your chest and through the floor and my trousers were vibrating.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Words you don't expect to see together  ;D

Had the feel of the bass thumping through my body a few times in my youth, back rooms of pubs and other quaint places like that

I see, what you mean, PR19_Kit.
You mean the human body's own frequency what leads to mechanical resonancy (we call it "Resonanzkatastrophe"). Bridges and buildings for example also having it's own frequency (Tacoma Narrows Bridge, WA, USA crashed by a storm or Broughton Suspension Bridge, England collapsed by marching soldiers in step).
So you are right, a "sonic-suit" would be useless.
Thinking over, because the soundwaves are directed, a protection suit might be not necessary. The crew only needs to keep away from the lethal zone in front of the open funnel.

What application, Go4fun?

PR19_Kit

Yes, that's exactly correct Max.

Or in German 'genau' oder 'stimmt'.  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Didnt the Biggles film feature a sound weapon.

I'm trying erase that abomination from my reality.

There is a sonic-gun -just like a pistol and the same size and working like a Teaser- in the TV-series "Revolution" (I think in the beginning of season 2) when Miles and an other one meets an old pal from the past, having electrical power in his basement-laboratory.

(I like "Revolution"; shame it ends with season 2!)

I knew a guy who had all these problems with bears -- he'd probably love that
That being said, I'd like to remind everybody in a manner reminiscent of the SNL bit on Julian Assange, that no matter how I die: It was murder (even if there was a suicide note or a video of me peacefully dying in my sleep); should I be framed for a criminal offense or disappear, you know to blame.

What application, Go4fun?

Norbert

Well, I'm plotting on a stub wing, pusher prop, blimp wit a boat for the main body. Might hang wheels on it so I can everything a SEAL Team can.
"Fold up the bag boys. We got to find another Helium station"!
"Just which planet are you from again"?

Thx Go4fun, sounds interesting. Will you show?

BUT!
With the exception of a base, the death-trombone of Marseilles now is ready!
Airbrushed with german dark-yellow, camouflaged with the correct shades of green and brown and after applying some few decals, I proudly present my version of one of the most mysteriously and unknown Wunderwaffe of the Wehrmacht.

Under transport-condition:

Ready to "shoot":

And at last, because it was invisible some pics before, the speaker's cone inside:

The icon-decal at the left side shows a bat in front of a halfmoon and a cloud, symbolizing the silent hunter ---> the unhearable death and destruction, the death-trombone was invented for.
O.k., bats are hunting for their victims by ultrasound and the trombone works with infrasound, but nevertheless: silent!

With the base, I also will add a crew.

That's come out really well

Looking forward to seeing her based

Me too, NARSES, me too! ;)
'Cause I really don't know how the base might look; the mediterranian coast of France is characterized by a Karst topography and known for farming for frangrances...
Should I build a rocky landscape with a street alongside a scarp or a macadam-covered street across a field of lavender...? I really don't know!
And: how to make rocks? How to make lavender (in 1:76)?

Hmmm..., time will come and brings enlightenment. :)

You've not been to Worthing have you?  If the place isn't damned I don't know where is...
