I had a good day. And a good display from the gang.

My photos of our display plus a few other "interesting" models from other stands can be found here
I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

Looks like an excellent event, well done. Lots of F-35s, F-16s and Lightnings.

Loved the Blenheim I with Wellesley bomb panniers, and whose is the 4 Sqdn. Hunter T7 tandem seater please?

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards

Great Show, we took great delight in showing that one of the first Airfix Swifts built and on display in the UK was a Whiff  ;D. Martin loved pointing that one out and seeing the many a modeller go green with envy, bad i know but fun

Tis indeed my original clone mated to matchbox Hunter. I put it in the box just for the hell of it, no real reason for it making a public appearance ;D

Thanks so much, it looks really good.

I always like aircraft in 4 Sqdn. markings as it was one of my Dad's units, thus my 4 Sqdn. Lightning PR7.

Not so fast: maybe a trail of crumbs could help the inmates find the place....<whistles, looks awkward .....>

Good show (as usual), good company (as usual).

The V-1 launching Eboat was very interesting. Reminded me of the original Revell Nautilas kit with the Loon on deck.
