I always wondered why the gunships, as far as I know, were absent from Northern europe but then I suppose P-51s with six guns, P-47s with eight etc were probably effective enuf. IIRC the 75mm gun was almost always removed and replaced with two further .50s 'cos the groundcrew got sick of tightening rivets after every mission.

Not to mention cab ranks of Typhoons toting batteries of rockets.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Thanks guys !

As for the shed, that's the naked studs and engineered joists in the basement. I had planned on putting up some posters or card for photos..but can't be arsed.

Maybe I should strap some rockets under the wings eh ?

Yes.  Big ones.  60 lb rockets strike me as being a bit lightweight on something this size.
Maybe a complete Katyusha under each wing?
Fred

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

I'll have to google that and dig thru the spares box.
