Are you kitbashing the Saab with the tank?  :o ;D ;)

Ahm, no - not yet  ;) The J29 was an occasion on ev!lbay, from Finnland(!). Might end up in a kitbash/big mod - had an idea/vision of a late twin-engine prototype...

The Chaffee will see a different fate, in British Army service.

Airfix 1/72 Fw-190 A8.  Bought on impulse when I was looking for the new Defiant, from Just Kits in Hull.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

With valentines day looming on the horizon Mrs Cyclist bought me an Airfix new tool Douglas C-47 Skytrain. She knows the way to my heart. Bless her.

If my missus knew the way to my heart she'd buy me a Valentine for Valentine's Day. ;) ;D

The mind BOGGLES! But if anyone could do it both of you are on the short list.......  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

1/72 ltaleri F-5E/N has some lovely swiss/Austria/USN markings on the decal sheet, especially the Austrian F-5 with a 'call 121.5MHz' on one side of the underfuselage drop tank.

Is this the same kit that is offered by Xtrakit/Hannants?

No its an earlier resin kit of the original Swift, the Xtrakit is an injection moulded later Swift FR5 with different features. The new Airfix kit is the FR5 version although Freightdog should be issuing resin conversions with decals to back fit this kit to the earlier types.

Thank you. Maybe also a different nose cone for the radar-equipped F.7, too?
