Caught the Postman just before the dreaded red card dropped on the map and received Meng Models 1/72 Kayaba Ku-4 Katsuodori ram-jet fighter and a russian copy of the Airfix SR.53 - unfortunately the cockpit canopy is missing, so I will have to improvise something

After what seems like 6 years on backorder Hobby Link Japan have acquired a couple of Arii kits I have been keen to get my hands on.  I eagerly await their arrival.
After cancelling my previous backordered kits it's good to know their system does work sometimes.

There are some kits on eBay that you've just got to put a bid for, thinking that you'll never win that and I have. Its the Monogram 1/72 General Dynamics F-16XL single seater.
Thinking of an update or kitbash with the Boeing X-32.
A two seater version V/STOL is possible.

LMS has some "pre loved" kits. AZ Spiteful Israeli markings, £5.99. Result

The Wooksta!

You'll need to widen the nose - too thin to accept the Griffon 5 blade prop.  Of the two, and having built both, the AZ Seafang was the better kit.

AZ's Spiteful is actually more like 1/74 or 1/75 scale, their Seafang is bigger than it and closer to 1/72

Did I read somewhere that this is an OOB whiff as such a thing never actually existed?

The Wooksta!

Won on ebay:

Original Frog Shackleton, 1970s boxing with the mouldings in dark blue plastic.

I've now got all of the Shackleton boxings, unless there was a Novo one.
