Won on eBay;
172 Mach2 General Dynamics RB-57F
1/25 resin Batmobile based on the Lincoln Futura.

If I can bend the wings, the RB-57F would make a great jet seaplane. Perhaps a pair of floats where the two auxiliary jet pods are usually fixed.

I will need to get some Germans as opfor, ( an aircraft crew and some U boat crew)  but I mainly wanted them to paint.   And apparently some one does a die cast  van for Jonesys  butcher in 1:50 which will work.. :party:

I take it you were bidding on it too?  Sorry about that - the last one that popped up was won by another member of this parish, Bungle - and he outbid me, so hopefully you'll get the next one!

Not sure how much the current CMR Firebrand is but it's not far off what I paid for the AKI one.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Courtesy of ebay, my Airfix swift arrived this morning.  Still not sure what I want to do with it, though an FGA5 is being considered.  Possibly with 1 Sqn.
