Modeling isn't just about how good the gluing or painting, etc. looks. It's also about how creative and imaginative you can be with a subject.
My modeling philosophy is: Don't build what everyone else has done. Build instead what nobody has seen or done before.

No the T-800's are going with my Hunter Killer Tank diorama , the pawn Brigade figures are for a diorama with my Abrams Hover Tanks ( see Sci - Fi ) and the Morser is going to be the mother of all kitbashs ! Gonna be busy for many moons

The Wooksta!

Just back from the Newark show at Southwell racecourse and brpught back teh following:

CMR/HML Focke Wulf Fw 187 "Falke" in 48th.  Not my scale or air force, but will probably end up in RAF captured colours.
2 PJ Productions Hunter T7/T8 conversions.  Won't feel so guilty about doing a two seat P1083 now.
The last Aeroclub Wyvern S4 prop for an Eagle engined project that may be at Telford.  Although there are other things higher up the priority list.
Airfix F80C Shooting Star.  RAF at Boscombe or possibly Iwo Jima.  Not my thing but at 2 quid?  I'd still like a PR one for 1 PRU to play with.  Both long term builds.
Airfix 72nd Spitfire Vb
Matchbox Tempest II/VI

Plus some scalpel blades and a rather good superglue gel that Little Cars are flogging.

And from the sounds of it no Airfix Shackleton, i suspect the trade may get theirs next week as none on eBay either, although possible the bulk of the order may not arrive till the end of the month !.

Mr Models wasn't there...

Mr Models was missing from the St Ives show too. Has something happened to the business?
