Have you any idea what the fault is with the Bucc as i read somewhere it is a popular 1/48 kit but won't be reissued as there was a problem with it......I'd love one as well.....great capture for you......

Think I read there had been mould damage

Oooops! I misunderstood this, and thought that they'd stored it in the damp and it had gone mouldy.

Picked up today at a model contest during a raffle the following:
Revell 1/48 Rafale M Fighter, but the decals are damaged and unusable.
AMT/Ertl 1/32 Star Wars Trade Federation Tank
Modeling isn't just about how good the gluing or painting, etc. looks. It's also about how creative and imaginative you can be with a subject.
My modeling philosophy is: Don't build what everyone else has done. Build instead what nobody has seen or done before.

Having the roos separate also means you can use the blue & white circles and design your own red parts.
Ducks, turtles, skulls...

Very true, hadn't thought of that...

It also means you can have more RAAF SEAC roundels if you run short...

Wrong colour of white and blue

Gondor

Yup and indeed SEAC roundels were not white but a blue shade (I'm not getting involved in what it was actually called. I just use the transfers I have  ;D).

The roundels sans Kangaroos however could be used for RAAF Pacific aircraft dependent on their dimensions.

Whoops! My bad, I meant the Pacific ones... colour me embarrassed...

Picked up yesterday at the IPMS NL Nationals:

- Revell 1:144 YF-23
- Revell 1:144 Space Shuttle Columbia with Spacelab
- Italeri 1:72 X-32

What blue and white  ;D

RN Indian Ocean/BPF roundels can be a nightmare depending on period. So many different styles, some with bars, some without. BPF is not to bad but the East Indies Fleet was almost down to the individual ship at times, or at least gives that impression
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Oh yes!

I've never heard of that one before, it looks a bit like an early version of the Bv-155.

Work In Progress ::

Lots of stuff

The Wooksta!

It is, but frankly, the Me 155B isn't worth the money.  I've got it somewhere and the wings are way out.  A Ta 152H wing with some mods is a close enough match.

Some SERIOUSLY strange stuff there, including one that I built, the Fw-190 floatplane, although mine only had one float. And one that I've been working on for ages, the bizarre Bv P111 asymmetric forerunner of the Bv 138 'Flying Clog'

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.
