Thanks folks.
Mrs z got me a weather station (so expect to bored into submission with infinite detail on the weather thread) while my parents and sisters chipped in for a 1 hour flight in a Tiger Moth from Point Cook on Australia Day weekend.  I'm really looking forward to that.
Modelling wise I got two car kits - Revell '48 Ford Coupe and '76 Ford Torino.
Celebrated with beer and curry then back to stately zen manor for lemon meringue pie and port.

Thanks folks.
We celebrated with a curry.  The local indian restaurant has a very english indian menu (rather than authentic regional dishes) and while being unimaginative it is very well cooked, if mild (they spice for the average Australian palate).
I meant to ask for them to turn it up a notch but forgot (senior moment).
No modelling today as I got called into work early due to suspicious monday illnesses (not that i'm complaining at more hours).

Mondayitis obviously has a 50% recovery rate.  The other 50% develop Tuesdayplications.
So I had to go in early again and got nothing interesting done here.
However, I have just had a text message telling me it's back to normal tomorrow.
