Captain Canada

Yes that organized level is impossible ! Looks awesome. One can only dream lol. As Kit says....I've tried and tried....
CANADA KICKS arse !!!!

Long Live the Commonwealth !!!
Vive les Canadiens !
Where's my beer ?

NARSES2

The problem I find is that I'll spend an hour or so tidying/organising and then the next 3 months getting it all disorganised and then we start the cycle all over again  :-\

Yup, I resemble that remark - though it takes me a lot less than 3 months...!

They are only that organised because I put them all away.  SOP is to have the ones I am using on current build scattered across the bench.
The left hand wooden drawer (originally a card file) contains enamels (RH one has miller and putty) and out of sight below the plastic tilting drawers is a plastic cassette drawer system containing (amongst other things) metalisers and metallics.

Yes, 10-15 mins is usually enough!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

AAAAAHH!!   I was rather expecting the squadron code E-GG  but on mature reflection that might have been too obvious.  It's looking quite splendid so far.

I'm gradually coming around to this "Egg Plane" thing. Better make an appointment with the Doc  ;)

It's looking good mate

I do have a sheet of RAF font rego letters but they turned out to be too large so I went with what I had (Airfix Typhoon).

Thanks Chris.  They are mostly snap fit and i'm building them OOB so it's all about the paint scheme and transfers which makes a change when everything else is requiring PSR or scratchbuilding or detail painting.
Here's the Eggstang pilot.  I'm very pleased with this but it's very well moulded which made it easy.  I only noticed after painting them that Hasegawa supply trandsfers for the eyes.

And now for something new.  As discussed elsewhere here is the beginning of a flat-top Mitch nosed Do 217.  Look at all that rivetty goodness...

I just want to know what he's just seen ?  ;D

It's good work mate, eyes are always the most difficult thing to even attempt to get right. Strangely for some reason I always found it easier to paint horses eyes than human's on my wargames figures.

Actually thinking about it, should that be "what she's just seen". Slightly feminine look to what you can see of the face ?

An egg pilot!!! Nice paint work there. Do all of the fighters come with them??   I'm getting the B-17 one of these eons when 'walking around money' returns to my life... it would be sweet to have a whole crew of them.  Also getting the Thunderbirds F-16.
