Victor with a chunk cut out of the fuselage behind the wing.  I've been looking at three views and to my eye the proportions are wrong and it needs to be shorter.  Longer wings as well maybe.

Why only maybe?  :o

'cause they're a bar steward of a shape to lengthen...

Twin boom Hampden.

Fokker Eindecker autogyro.

Well I can see both of those in my minds eye. Strangely it's seeing the Hampden as a Fokker product in Dutch colours

Indeed so, but to a modeller of your capabilities.....................

Fokker's variant of a licence-produced version?

With the prototype nose.  ;D

The fuselage of a twin boom Hampden would look even more like a suitcase.  Some kind of handle shaped antennae on the top might be in order...

Modelsvit MiG 21 A-144-1 Analogue.

(Not my hands of cutting mat - fingers are not fat or gnarly enough and the mat is too clean and tidy)
I pressed on with this today after taking the great-nephew home.  I made a huge amount of progress.  Here is what I did.

That took me about an hour.  There are 9 parts in that (1/72) seat and I am very very pleased that I lost none of them to the floor.

Neat work on what looks a "busy" seat mate

And to think Airfix and FROG seats used to be just L shaped chunks of styrene!  :o

Assuming they included one. Quite often in the early days you got a bench moulded into the fuselage halves which hopefully met and joined in the middle.

Yes, FROG kits were specially prone that. Their Gannet didn't even have that, just a platform with the pilot's head sticking out.

And Revell carried on selling the same mould until quite recently too!  :o

That seat is quite glorious!

I'd rather it be in one piece, though? BUT, if it means better detail, I'd be happy to build it up.

I HAVE THAT GANNET!  hahahhahhaa It was an impulse buy. Imagine my surprise when I saw that.

    ;D
